how to wear your

Tadpole (for little babies)

Baby is tummy to yummy with mommy and crouching with knees bent like a frog.  Wrap sling around mommy and under baby's bottom and knees. Tighten accordingly.  (Baby's arm can be in or out)

Kangaroo (for little babies)

Baby is nestled into sling with feet toward rings and head and spine supported by fabric.  Also a convenient way to nurse!

Sidesaddle (for babies who can hold head up)

Place baby on hip, wrap sling around mommy and under baby's bottom and bent knees.  Pull fabric up to support baby's back before tightening accordingly.

Remember!  Your child's safety is your responsibility...

here are some tips for safe baby wearing:

* practice makes perfect. try it in front of a mirror the first few times.

* always make sure the sling is not twisted as you wear it.

* spread the shoulder folds of fabric over mommy's shoulder (not neck) and stretch the fabric wide across your back to distribute baby's weight evenly.

* make sure baby is securely suspended by bringing material

completely underneath baby's bottom and/or knees before tightening.

* use the tail to tighten the sling's tension. by pulling on

different edges, you can tighten the top and bottom separately.

* in tadpole and sidesaddle positions bring

baby's knees above bottom to secure safely.

* the snugger and higher the fit,

the more comfortable and secure everyone is!
